We do not refund once payment is made for any reason.

In event of inclement weather M&M Ranch will try to inform you 24 hours in advance. There is no refund. We will be happy to reschedule your event.

Cancelation Policy- Clinics*
We do not refund once payment is made for any reason. If a student is unable to attend the clinic, due to extenuating circumstances, such severe emergency and you contact (by email) M&M Ranch 4 days prior to the event, your deposit may be used as credit for 1 group lesson

Clinic Cancelation Policy*
In event of inclement weather M&M Ranch will try to inform you 24 hours in advance. In case of clinic cancellation due to weather, we reschedule another day.

Credit Policy- Clinics*
Credit Lesson Policy: The lesson will need to be taken within 3 months of the scheduled event or will be fortified. The student is responsible for scheduling the 1 lesson. There is no refund.

Riding Requirements*

Each rider must have a signed Liability Release Form to ride.

Long blue jeans and closed in shoes required, boots preferred..

Please be aware that it can be more windy and cold out in country then in the city. We recommend having layers especially in winter/fall season; jackets, light rain jacket, Ear warmer (head band) or beanies are helpful. Riding gloves that have grippers (order those online).

Cancellation Policy*
If for some reason, (e.g. emergency), you need to cancel your child’s camp the following conditions apply:

The deposit is non-refundable.

If you have an emergency and need to cancel your child’s camp session, please email us. We do not offer refunds for any reason.

If the balance is not paid in full within 5 days of posted deadline, your child’s spot will be forfeited to the next child on the waitlist. (you will loose your reservation & deposit)

Bringing Your Own Horse Policy*
If you are bringing your own horse, if you are boarding your horse, fee (non-refundable) must be paid in order for registration to be complete and hold your spot. If you decide the horse you had planned to bring does not work out for some reason, it will be your responsibility to find another horse. If a horse change needs to occur please email at least 3 weeks prior, so we can send you the form for the updated change.

List of Requirements: broke, well behave, healthy, must be in condition to handle the clinic.
