Volunteer Trial Period*
I understand that I am providing voluntary service to M&M Ranch & Training Center of my own accord. I understand that I am not an employee of M&M Ranch & Training Center, and I have no expectation of compensation, either monetary or otherwise, from the Facility. I am volunteering for the Facility because I support its work and its goals.

I understand that I will need to volunteer (30-60 hours) prior to receiving discount on my lessons. The number of hours varies on experiences & training needed to fill the position; this gives you a chance to really observe our program and see what it entails, and it gives us a chance to get to know you a little and see if this is right fit.

Work Student must be responsible, respectful, self-sufficient, trustworthy, willing to work hard and physically capable to perform barn chores. If a student has difficulty following instructions and being safe, we have the right to postpone the program for this individual. There is no refund or credit if you choose to opt out of the program or applicant had to be asked to leave.

Some of Requirements:*
We are looking for people who plan to volunteer on a regular basis.
- Some of duties: will be caring for horses, ranch chores & help with our riding program throughout year, including in the summer.
- Be available 1-2 weekday’s to help barn chores; if you're a student you can come very early before school. (Average time for barn chores 1-1 ½ hour) *Schedules may vary pending on applicant*
- Be available at least 2-3 Saturday mornings/month & 1 or 2 Friday evenings as needed.
- Summer Schedule will vary too.
